What Size Should I Buy?
How true it is...babies & tots grow really fast, however it is possible to buy clothes for them that will fit! Use our size and age chart to help guide you in what size you should buy. When in doubt, buy a size bigger, that's what we do!
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to be *over the moon with your purchase*, however all returns and exchanges must be approved by Baby Bahoonie.
Please contact us by email or phone to discuss a solution that works for everyone.
Please note sale items and "Eco-Vintage" items are final.
Unfortunately we do not accept the return of items that have been washed, worn or have missing packaging.
Procedure for Returning Items:
- Within 15 days of receipt of your order contact cin[at]babybahoonie.com or call us at 1.604.897.5876 to let us know that you would like to return an item. In your email, please state "RETURN" in the subject line. Provide the order number, date of purchase as well as a description of the items and the reason for return.
- You'll receive an email or phone call (your choice) from us letting you know how to proceed.
- Items that are received by Baby Bahoonie without prior authorization for return or with missing information will be returned to the customer.
- You can expect that your return will be resolved within 7 business days of receipt of your return. Once the product has been received and is determined to be in resalable condition a refund will be credited to your credit card. You will receive a confirmation email.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned items to Baby Bahoonie. Please note, you will be refunded the cost of the product, however the shipping charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise is not in its original condition or packaging. In circumstances where a customer received goods that did not match their order or if Baby Bahoonie validates a manufacturer's defect, Baby Bahoonie will re-imburse the shipping costs.

All items are located on hand, in stock! We do not back order or drop ship, so you receive your order promptly. Most orders are sent out the next business day, yipee!
Within Canada we usually ship with Canada Post using Xpresspost or Expedited Parcel Service. Most packages are insured up to $100*.
*In the event you've ordered small item(s), letter mail will be used to save packaging and post, insurance may or may not be applicable.

Q: May I pick up my order?
A: Absolutely! We now have the option for you to pick up your order (free of course) at Baby Bahoonie HQ at 1476 Graveley Street in Vancouver, BC. Enter both your billing and shipping addresses (even though it is a pick up), then you will be given the choice to select the pick up option during this check out process. Then email or call us at 604.897.5876 to arrange a time. We provide complimentary gift wrapping with this option.
Q: When will my order be sent?
A: Fast! We guarantee your order will be processed and sent out within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: For Canadian orders, Canada Post guarantees delivery of orders within 3-7 business days. Please note that remote areas may take a bit longer. US orders will take approximately 6-9 business days, but may take longer depending on the destination.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: When your order is shipped, we will send you an email to confirm that it has shipped. If applicable, we will send your Canada Post tracking number and you can monitor it online at www.canadapost.ca.
Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
A: Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address. If you live in a rural area that only has P.O. Boxes, please contact us and we will happily work out a way to ship your order.
Q: Do you ship to Japan and Australia? What about countries in Europe?
A: Yes, we will ship almost anywhere in the world. Please contact us at info[at]babybahoonie.com so we can determine your shipping costs.
